As a project manager responsible for deploying 911 equipment, my business trips frequently involve long, sometimes intense, workdays and far too much time away from my beautiful family. I’ve found that creating a “food quest” for myself, with a buzzed-about eatery as my target, and (if time allows) a stop at a local point of interest along the way, buoys my spirits through the work related challenges I may encounter.
I’ll post here about my newest adventures, as well as share highlights of a few memorable past trips.
